Course Policies:

Cancellation Policy:

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice for cancellations — this can be sent via email or WhatsApp. 

 

Classes will be considered a no-show after 20 minutes if prior notice is not given. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Course Hours Policy:

 

Course hours must be used within the teaching period*. Unused hours are forfeited.
Classes cancelled in the final week of the teaching period, in accordance with the cancellation policy, may be recovered during the first week of the following period.

Flexible Scheduling Policy:


Class times are agreed upon at the start of the course and become fixed for the duration of the teaching period once payment is made.
Students may request additional or alternative class times outside their reserved hours, which will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to teacher availability.

 

Split-Payment Policy:


Split payments are available for 3-month courses.
Students pay 50% of the course fee on or before the first paid class. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks after the first paid class. Specific payment dates will be confirmed with the student before the course begins.
Access to classes is contingent on timely payment of all installments.

*Teaching Period Definition:


The teaching period begins on the date of the first paid class, excluding days that coincide with teacher holidays.

  • 4-week course = 4 weeks

  • 3-month course = 13 weeks
